I have a great job that pays well and ironically gives me a good life/work balance (meaning if I hypothetically weren't incel, I had the potential to be a supportive father), I keep a tidy & resourceful home, I hardly procrastinate, I can cook, I smell clean, I stay fit, I buy clothes carefully, I have many hobbies, I regularly try new activities, and I have been declined by multiple therapists as they deemed it medically unneccessary. I'm the kind of guy that can't say 'no' to giving lost strangers/disabled free rides to places they need to go to. Yet I still feel like a huge burden to people just because of my 'self-partnered'
status.
