First everyone be rated by beauty comissions, and their gotten rate will determine what a taxes they will pay. So in that way taxes for above average men will be higher, for below will be lower, and for ugliest men no taxes at all. If man surgerymaxxes and becomes beatifull, he still pays taxes depend on his natural beauty. But in opposite way, it would depend on new looks, so if wealthier chad wanting lower taxes will negatively surgerymaxx intio uglier, he will be recognised and pay taxes as uglier man

I'm slightly conflicted, because the point of making attractive individuals pay additional tax is to make life easier for people who are already dealt a shit hand in life (i.e. ugly men). However, such a tax might have the unwanted side effect of discouraging individuals, males and foids, who want to "looksmaxx" and "gymmaxx". I propose that these commissions focus more on immutable characteristics such as face, height, and race, as opposed to fashion sense, hygiene, and physical fitness.

I mean I understand but it's an utopia, and it'd be great if it'd work, but it doesn't work like that. Ending welfare once and for all is a thing that can actually work, you could implement it. People would laugh at the idea of a beauty tax, but many hard-working men and even some "women" (lesbian lawyers) would welcome an end to welfare. That way single moms would either have to work hard or stay married. Then we just need to come up with a solution for all the thottery (make pornography and anything like it illegal) and boom ... problem solved.
