In places that have few chads (more than normal) the secret would be NT max and low inhibition max!? These are my observations ... there are still BBCs which are generally low inhibition. I see a lot of ugly normies to really ugly guys being successful for it. Less fat, those at most are betabux. I imagine places really full of chads is Europe / USA / Australia, etc.
