Jordan Neely was killed by Daniel Penny on the train. Daniel Penny was told by a bystander that he was going to be charged with murder(this is in the video). Despite that, Penny continued to chokehold Neely. Neely also said he wanted food, so he was probably weak from hunger, which means he's even less of a threat. Neely was a thin man. He was also a Michael Jackson impersonator.
Also it's a lynching because a lynching is a group killing. Two men stood by Daniel Penny as he killed Jordan Neely. One of them was a nigger(a black). They were Penny's bodyguards to prevent bystanders from ending the murder. Those two should have been charged with crimes as well.
Also in the video of the crime, one bystander says the cops can be called IIRC. That would have been preferrable than to have Neely die at Penny's hands. The police wouldn't have killed him.

This is like when Derek Chauvin killed George Floyd who was his co-worker. Chauvin may have planned the murder. Also George Floyd dindu nuffin. He gave a fake $20 bill to a store, but anybody can have a fake dollar bill without knowing it. Also some people say Floyd pointed a gun at a pregnant woman. That's just abortion. I don't see what's wrong with that. Floyd deserves a Margaret Sanger Award. Abortion is a basic human right.
