The vast majority of common mental "illnesses" (personality disorders) don't negatively affect females' social and sexual success.

Asperger's doesn't negatively affect females, if anything it's an attractive trait (le gamer girl, shut in, little to no friends, shy, weird hobbies/interests etc.)
