As someone who has been into combat sports almost an entire decade, I feel like I can help a lot of you out here and find some good instruction videos. I think boxing is a good way to start because even those of you who are too high inhib to go to gyms (or there simply isn't one around) can learn basic boxing techniques at home.

Obviously I'm doing this so that you can learn how to defend yourself in case you're attacked by bullies and/or if you simply want to train a sport, boxing exercises like shadowboxing, punching bag etc. are very good. This thread is not meant to encourage any violent aggressive behavior and so on. It's both for self defense and appreciation of the art of boxing, the sweet science.

All the incels here saying they don't know how to punch should watch this video.

This guy is a great boxing coach, and this video is like going to your very first boxing lesson with a coach who is actually very very good. I've been boxing for 6 years and the way this guy breaks down the most fundamental techniques is better than any of my coaches did.

It's THE BEST boxing video for beginners on YouTube.

I love how he put the emphasis on balance and footwork because this is the key when it comes to punching and fighting in general.

Like I said, you can learn how to throw basic straight punches (jab and cross) in your own room if you're too high inhib to go to a boxing gym or there simply isn't one around. Even if you train boxing in a gym, it's very good to watch the videos from this guy because he is very perfectionist and goes through little details that a lot of coaches miss/ignore or don't even know about them and just use their instinct.

Very helpful dude, thanks a lot.

@Ethnic Natsoc @Eskimocel @boringcel

Very useful, will definitely check out more of this guys videos

A uncoordinated junkie with a gun or knife will still kill you lmao

A uncoordinated junkie with a gun or knife will still kill you lmao

If you have basic skills, you can easily disarm that uncoordinated junkie, the gun part is true, but fighting helps for building reflexes and awareness, you may very well see that gun and move out of their range and flee before they fire off the shit

some fine advice and i will watch it and learn it so thankyou

This Asian man also has very good boxing videos.

This is related to the video I posted in OP:

He has a lot of these short videos, he is very good in explaining also. You can combine the knowledge of both.

I don’t like fighting.

Have you ever boxed competitively?

I've wanted to get into boxing but most guys online say you'll develop bad form if u practice by urself, prob better to use this while going to a gym cuz so at least I have someone calling me out on my dumbassery

Also useless for me cuz manlet+weak frame, anyone over 6' will instarape me, although it is a fun sport to watch

It depends, a lot of boxing gyms are shit and they won't bother to correct you much either. I was lucky enough that people took enough effort to work with me when I was a beginner, I see beginners brought up in the gym I train in now and it's horrible, they barely give them any attention. This guy in the OP breaks down things better than anyone I worked with.

Thanks for the vids, but I suspect it would be best have more muscle development than the guys in the vids posted, just to reduce the odds of someone messing with you in the first place.

The order of operations is to not look like a guy people would want to mess with, but then also be able to act if a conflict happens.

Reminds me of this Larson comic:

I get attention cuz I’m younger tbh everyone in the gym calls me “the kid” lol.. it’s great stuff

He fought other manlets. Imagine he got into a street fight with a 6'4 ogre. He'd be killed.

Tbh maybe I’ve been in a street fight w some tyrone who was 6’3’ and he ran off scared lol

u can tell somebody knows what their doing by their stance usually

@Teutonic Knight is there anything for cripplercels like me? They are very vulnerable due to their disability.

When i was in highschool i started kickboxing and mocked by everyone there because of my frame and height. All of that were just their way to imply that kickboxing is not for me and i should quit. Its like people don't want weaklings like me to learn to defend themselves, instead they just want us to sit at home and accept our weakness.

I do BJJ every week, and I'm getting pulverized by guys with thicker hand and wrists than mine. Wristmogging is real. But I won't give up! I think that with the right technique I can defeat those mogging machines.

Rofl, do you even know what the range of a gun is? Or maybe you're Hussein Bolt's little bro?

You won't see the gun or knife before it's too late and nobody will come within hand-to-hand fighting range when they have a firearm.

@GoyimWithAttitude

I was taking the scenario quite literally, its an "uncoordinated junkie" not a "ex-military veteran", his aim isn't going to be good anyways ontop of being a junkie, if I got shot it would probably be a stray and not due to any accuracy, a junkie might just pull his gun out at a distance he's a junkie JFL

I agree, this is a good cope and can be useful.

I can fight.
But the post like this is number 1 of importance

Lol who gets into fights

Every incel should carry an OTF knife at all times. Or some kind of tear gas delivery system. Or both.

Yeah ok, u got tism' in you. Fo' sho.

6"6 Chad will still beat me even if I knew every martial art and fighting techniques there are

@KingOfRome
Videos like this should supplement real-world training in a real-world gym, even if that gym is garbage. They'll never substitute genuine hands-on practice with other people. You get out what you put in. I suggest those who are too high inhib to join a fighting gym or club to suck it up and deal with it. If you don't even have the balls to sign up for a gym and train with other people, you'll crumble like a paper cup if you catch even a whiff of a real fight.

Jfl at learning boxing from a video

You're an idiot. Every serious fighter watches videos of boxing to learn, Mike Tyson spent hours watching old school boxers fighting.

I never said you can learn boxing entirely from videos, and that you need to do sparring to get experience. But the basic things can get learned or improved from videos.

Most incels here are not from America so guns are non-issue.

It's easier to start at a gym when you already know what boxing should looking like. I started completely at zero in the gym and the first month I was learning things I could easily learn from videos. The only benefit you get from gyms is sparring with other people, or if you're very lucky if you get a legit coach who is actually willing to work with you, most of them don't put much effort into some incel until you start beating up people in the gym.

6"6 Chad will still beat me even if I knew every martial art and fighting techniques there are

In a "fair fight" yes, but if you cheat no, if you fight more brutally than your opponent, then more likely than not you will win despite their size, and men who are larger and have confidence, tend to fight in a more "civilized manner", trying to shame and make sport of their opponent rather than "win", because they see their win as inevitable

Go for the knees and put your entire body weight down into a stomp kick, he will buckle, go for the eyes, throw sand at them if you want, go for the ears, the throat, the soft parts of the body, and the easiest target for a man taller than you, groin, make him think you are fighting fair, go for the nuts, wants he flinches from the pain, be relentless, go for the eyes immediately after, thats a must, cripple your opponent, if you didn't start the fight, then you can't be blamed for how you defend yourself

Nobody can sue you for hospitalizing them if they initiated the violence, if its you initiating I would ask why are you trying to fight a 6"6 Chad, that's on you lol

JFL at idiots here "it's useless to train fighting because someone with a gun or a 6'6'' Chad can beat you up."

The reason newbies get hardly any attention is most of them quit within a couple months or so. Why waste effort on a probable flake? If you're beating people up in the gym (I assume you mean sparring), you've probably put in enough work over time to earn special attention. You're just not going to get the kind of hands-on practice you need for your knowledge to mean anything by watching Youtube videos. If you don't have a natural proclivity towards violence, you need to acclimate yourself to it through repeated mock violence against other people, something you can only do in a gym.

First of all, boxing has nothing to do with violence, it's a sport. If you're prone to violence you're going to be shit because you'll get rattled easily and get emotional. You have to be as calm as possible.

Who gives a shit what the reason is why newbies don't get attention? The fact is you won't get attention so why wouldn't you watch videos to actually know what you're supposed to be doing? What can you lose from watching a video like this? Nothing, only benefit. I never said you can learn boxing JUST by watching videos, but it helps.

It's also a good way to get someone motivated to go to the gym. This is what the guy in the video also says, he's trying to motivate people to join boxing gyms.

People usually flake precisely because most boxing gyms don't give them any attention and they're not ready to spar either without knowing proper techniques.

Most of the things I learned about boxing I learned from watching videos on YouTube and studying elite fighters and then trying if it works for me during sparring. The coaches were literally useless except in specific things that one specific coach helped me. They didn't teach me shit or literally teach wrong things that you'll never see elite fighters doing. Like I could be their coach at this point seriously.

Most people training boxing are cavemen who don't bother to learn different techniques but just spar endlessly doing same things over and over again and get brain damage. Meanwhile people like me watch analysis of what elite boxers are doing and use things that guys you go against never even heard of. In Eastern Europe for example, almost no one will teach you the philly shell defense, you have to figure it out yourself. I watched African-American boxers doing it and tried it out on sparring until it worked good enough for me to not get hit. Meanwhile coach here will just teach you to box like a stiff robot using the same jab-right-hook combos over and over again like a retard (which works only against other cavemen who also box like this and then you have stupid slugfests).

Unless you live in a country with a boxing tradition like USA, Britain, Mexico, Cuba, Puerto Rico, Germany (to some extent) and maybe certain places in Ukraine and Russia, the chances are you're not going to get proper boxing coaching other than from videos of boxing fights.

Brainlet alert.

Formula 1 has nothing to do with internal combustion, it's a sport!!! Just lol. Nothing against violence, but come on now.

Boxing is a sport of peace.

Most elite boxers are religious nerdy guys like Andre Ward.

People flake because they don't take the sport seriously. If you're dedicated, you'll put up with the newbie phase where the instructor couldn't care less about you, and you'll supplement your training in the gym with videos like the ones you posted to make sure you outperform the other newbies, since that and the rapport you earn naturally over time is what will get you special attention from the instructor. That's exactly what you did, if I understand you correctly.

I didn't do well for the first few months because I had too much trust in my coaches instead of looking up things for myself. I only gained more confidence after I started watching boxing myself and looking up videos like this.

You were a novice, of course you weren't doing well. You probably would've gotten better without the videos, with old-fashioned trial and error, but it would've been a slower process. The real-world application of that knowledge was still absolutely essential, as it will continue to be for you and for anyone else who practices a sport.

Incel self defense, I like it! As a fellow boxcel, I can relate.

I remember I used to get so anxious at the gym I never used to talk to anyone in the waiting room beforehand.

Boxcelling and other martial arts will give you more physical confidence but won't do anything for social skills.

A lot of the other boxers are either married or incels because they are focusedcels, i.e. all they do is boxing.

Every serious fighter watches videos of boxing to learn, Mike Tyson spent hours watching old school boxers fighting.
Every serious fighter has thousands of hours of training before he watches any videos.
Videos of fights are good but only once you're yourself good enough to understand what's going on.

Otherwise it's just like being a normie who can't tell WWE from MMA
