Narrow set eyes is a death sentence, ESPECIALLY when coupled with a long midface. Combined that's an ULTRA death sentence.

Not really, his mandible isn’t defined whatsoever in none of the pics. Maybe his chin looks more projecting but the big change is his nose (it even made his midface look somewhat shorter because he had a droopy tip).

WTF he got jaws surgery in the pics ffs. In fact the nose almost didn't change in size. The changes in his jaws are MASSIVE in the before/after pics.

How did it really change? Sure, just a little bit but not “MASSIVE”. Only thing that really changed is chin. His jaw looks like as if he just got to a lower body fat %

Hell no. Both of his jaws are much more forward set. You can see it clearly in his philtrum for example, which went from being convex to concave. The only thing that changed about nose is the bridge, which in fact, may have been a side effect of the upper maxilla advancement.

If your only issue is nose, you are basically volcel. Rhinoplasty in UK is £5000 tops. All surgeons/companies offer interest free plans, which is why everyone can afford surgery these days. You could fix your issue for like £80 a month for the next 5 years if you were that broke.
