I know a Chad who has to be rushed to a hospital if he accidentally eats even the slightest crumb of fish. In reality, he doesn't care, because even a trip to the grocery store is enough to see hot women staring at him here and there. ONLY LOOKS MATTER IN LIFE, anything else is missing the point. Only the mouth breathing thing is true from what you said.
Hell, even when that happens the nurse at the hospital probably treats him like a god and he's yet again reminded he's superior.
Having to be paranoid about not eating fish, missing out on salmon, shrimp... Sounds awful. But, it doesn't compare to the influence of looks. The difference between being inconvenienced or annoyed, no matter how much, and being unhappy, is key.
