I know there are ways you can such as losing weight but apart from that surgery is really your only option. Most of these "softmaxes" you see online are complete cope. And while you can moneymax and save up for surgeries a lot of features are still hard to fix and some like leg lengthening surgery fuck up your legs for life which makes it questionable if they're even worth it.

Just imagine going to the gym being able to hop on the height machine then going for 4 sets on the jaw machine. If I could fix my looks through effort alone I would be a gigachad and there would be no reason for this forum to exist

Unfortunately we don't live in a fair world though, and life success is determined mainly by the genetics your born with.
