yeah, look at spain expulsion of sephardic jews in 1492, jews needed to convert into catholicism if they wanted to stay in spain, a lot of them stayed, others flew to morocca or portugal (they were also expelled from portugal and came to brazil) or a great majority converted and flew to america; cohencidence that also jews came with Columbus in his first trip. But yeah, a lot of jews came here in the colonia period and mixed with the amerindians, and n1ggers (which they also brought to america btw) forming the miscegenated race that makes the vast majority of the country, and brazil, mexico, ecuador, and almost any caribbean country.
