Forum rotting has ruined my brain and thought patterns

Idk why I think of the phrase “it’s over” and “Germanic build” etc. 10x a day

This isn’t normal or healthy thought patterns

Be more deliberate with your actions. My cognitive ability has vastly improved by using this forum, a welcomed improvement from having been rotting without any mental stimulation for 3 years prior. Read every word written, ruminate on what is said - it helps. A boiling pot of ideas and personalities, this here forum.

You have provided this same advice in another thread and I thank you for it.
I've been forcing myself to read every word, granted the content is interesting, and I can feel a slight decrease in mental rotting.
