You are an incel because no girl showed interest in you even in much easier territory for dating, like school, where you could have warm approached. I can relate my brother. I too experience an overwhelming sense of anxiety and trepidation at the mere thought of approaching some foid cold. I am ordinarily a fairly eloquent and articulate person who is able to express himself cogently, even in front of large groups but whenever I try to socially engage with foids, it is as though some supernatural force comes over me and renders me inarticulate, clumsy and incapable of expressing myself in a satisfactory manner. As for advice, I would recommend what has already been said which is that cold approaches only work if foids find you to be intrinsically appealing, irrespective of whatever you might say to them.

That's how I felt at first when I tried to approach girls. I would go out and see attractive girls that I wanted to approach, but I felt like there was an invisible wall preventing me from doing so - like it was utterly impossible to approach them. If you really want to approach, there's no easy way to do it - you have to push yourself out of your comfort zone and fight through that paralysing fear.
