I'm sober for the first time in a month or so. Yesterday i overdid it and i just don't want to do it anymore. It's so hard being sober though. I don't know how people do it. I probably will drink again tommorow or saturday. Anxiety, depression and insomnia are just too awful not to drink.

I feel you. I was only sober for 2 days out of the past 3 months. Can't sleep without the terpenes.

Taper off of it, cause you can die from alcohol withdrawals
