It’s no coincidence that the boomers (who had an average American age of 29 in their day) are the most iconic American generation ever and it’s not even close. Older people have always been the rulers of the tribe, but it seems that we’ve reached a point where our leaders don’t even care about the future. Maybe they know that our modern populations are too old, weak, and preoccupied by technology to actually revolt, so they feel no need to serve the people anymore.

As you get older, you gain more money, a little more power, and know more about the world and how to manipulate others.

The young are still trying everything out, so to say, so are inexperienced.

Basically, youngcels are fucked. Any society that keeps old people going and going is fucked, because the old people have the qualities above, even if they are not as healthy and vigorous.
