Im scared,i woke up with ringing in my ears

i was listening to loud music yesterday through my headphones and when i woke up today i could hear echoes.Whenever someone talks or says something or any form of noise,i hear an echo or ringing in my right ear,i cant exactly describe it.I searched it up and it could be tinnitus which has no cure.Its an extremely uncomfortable feeling and im actually feeling scared that this could be serious.

Go to the ear doctor, stop consuming loud music. Stop using headpones untilnyounsaw the doc completely. Use a headset in the future. All the other alternatives are either shit or are traumatic for your inner ear.

You're prob fine dude. I listen to loud music all the time. I get ringing in my ear randomly now but nbd. I've had it for a few years now still not deaf.
