It’s gotten so bad I can’t even tolerate the pain, it’s affecting my form.. I don’t know what’s wrong...

Lifting is unnatural and you're only causing yourself chronic pain.
 
I have the same issue. I have a ganglion cyst on my wrist which I removed but it grew back, turns out I can't even work out anymore :horror:

This is true, recently quit the gym because at the end of the day the gym wouldn’t get half the guys there if foids didn’t hold such a high standard.

Get it some rest. About 3 days or so depending how bad the pain is
 
If it only hurts when you lift it’s tendon or ligament damage from over straining. You need to rest it. If it’s puffy and hurts all the time it might be fractured.
 
As a fellow wristcel (handcel to be exact), I gave up on weights a long time ago. For me, calisthenics are the way to go.
 
Probably tendonitis, stop using it whenever you feel pain, the healing process is very very long and if you don't care for it properly it may never go away. Trust me, I have it because of posture issues while playing instruments and it's a fucking bitch.
 
Take a break for a long while. Use resistance bands and grip strengtheners to build up your wrists again. Take cbd oil.
 
Do you bend you wrists when benching? Because that can easily trigger pain try and keep your hand straight with the arm when benching and not bending it backward.

Yea I do, but I have to bend slightly to get the bench off the rack, how can you even take bench off with COMPLETLY STRAIGHT arms?

I actually never liked bench press I always would get a shoulder injury so I always used dumbbells.
 
Truecels snap their wrists on the bench press, get smashed by the barbell and nobody gives a damn
 
Having small weak wrist is hell for gymcels, why did god do this to me
 
I actually treated chronic pain in my wrist from an accident by lifting weights, lol. Go to a good doctor and let him check your wrists.
