Yea I do, but I have to bend slightly to get the bench off the rack, how can you even take bench off with COMPLETLY STRAIGHT arms?Do you bend you wrists when benching? Because that can easily trigger pain try and keep your hand straight with the arm when benching and not bending it backward.
