So, I'll be starting gymcelling next week. The sole reason I'm doing this is for health reasons, my extra weight is killing my back and I can't stand this anymore. I'm 111kg at the moment, the goal is to get to around 73kg. Any advice is welcome, thank you for your time.

What are your goals other than you mentioned?

my extra weight is killing my back
I'll advice hyperextensions straight, they are good for back pain prevention.

Watch your diet too. In fact, it’s more important than exercising itself when losing weight/fat.

Those are all the goals / motives, I just want to loose my gut so it doesn't force my back anymore.
And thanks for the tip.

get some sort of partner. This is how u can workout for a long time without feeling like ur working out for a long time. Doing it alone is possible as well tho .

Don't expect results.

A Chad will win at the end of the day.

If u end up building a great physique have fun with fat bitches (nothing more)

Yes I'm doing this, cutted down the size of my portions and restricted soda intake, my last exam said I'm at a very high risk of having a kidney failure.

Remember to have a good diet, it is very important. Try to go for about 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight and try to get alot of low gmi carbs, usually just as much as you can within your caloric limit. Look up gmi (glycemic index) to see examples of low gmi carb foods.

Also get some good fats. polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats are good for muscle.

Make sure to have a good caloric range whether you are cutting (losing fat) or bulking (gaining muscle). Use this calculator to determine how many calories you should eat. Look that info up yourself.

getting a six pack is mostly about being low bodyfat enough. About 10% is the usual range for six pack. Lowering body fat also improve facial aesthetics. Under normal circumstances 8% is optimal. Good weighted ab training (not sit ups or crunches but exercises like deadlifts) will also help your abs be more visible.

Don't overdo it. Training too much actually makes you lose muscle. So don't go the gym for 2+ hours every single day or something.

Try to do more compound exercises and sway more to free weights rather than machines.

Just cut soda out altogether. It’s literally one of the worst things you can have in your diet. I stopped drinking it about 6 years ago and it helps way more than you can imagine.

The very first tip I always give to anyone trying to lose weight is “never drink your calories”. Especially not soda and fruit juices. Only drink water or non calorie drinks (tea/coffee) and this alone will cut out a lot of calories and sugar intake

Don't ever skip FACE day.
It is your most important muscle.
