And im not doing it to attract femoids either after all there is no gym for your face, only doing it to make something good of myself outside of my work time, rather than having to go out and waste money on booze and killing my brain cells, as I said in a thread earlier in the week I need to have hobbies

So I went and felt great afterwards, will be trying go as often as I can from now on
 
Going to the Gym increases your chances of getting laid but it only works for certain faces. Ugly faces get 0.5 to 1 point in overall benefits which doesn't that make that much of a difference

Focus on accumulating a lot of volume across a wide spectrum of compound movements. You'll want to stay in a 4-5 week hypertrophy phase, 2 week strength phase and a 1 week peaking phase. Or just follow a basic 5*5 routine like Ice Cream Fitness 5*5. However, as a beginner, anything will really work as long as you focus on compounds and track your progress weekly.
