Even if I feel like falling asleep again. If I keep doing this eventually my sleep will regulate itself into a more normie schedule.

If I fail to do this I will literally explode and die.

I have to wake up around that time to go to work. I've been there 10 years so my body is so used to it I wake up at that time on my days off.

I have to get up that early for work sometimes but not that often. Do you work much?
 
It just feels better. I'd rather wake up when the day is just starting rather than waking up at 1pm like I do at the moment

My hope is that because I'll be more tired from not sleeping enough it will be easier to go to sleep earlier which will fix that
