Im starting for the last few years. I cant keep consistency due to shit immune system, i easily get sick and fever in the rest periods.

Gymmaxxing and fasting will make you shredded ten times faster. But while you're fasting you need supplements like potasium chloride for electrolytes, vitamin d3, vit. k2, vit. C (ascorbic acid), vit A (beta carotene), vitamin E, magnesium, zinc, b12 (methylcobalamin), lugol's iodine, HMP, boron, sugar free coffee/green tea, and creatine monohydrate.

But you don't need roids to max out your body in terms of attractiveness (to get to a point where no foid will think your body is not good enough). Just keep in mind that your body composition efforts (gaining muscle and losing fat) are going to be 20% exercise and 80% diet. That's where most guys fuck up, they're hitting the weights hard but then either pig out and look fat or don't eat enough of the right things and don't get much muscle growth.

Yeah, diet is an issue since I can't cook food. Plus I eat cheap ethnic food and have no idea how appropriate(or inappropriate) it is. With age my body is retaining more fat than usual, especially in the gut. Seems metobolism is slowing down.

Yeah, most of your food should be lean chicken/turkey/tuna/salmon and vegetables. It's bland and soul crushing but it's what you got to eat if you want your weightlifting to not go to waste.

Yeah I forgot about egg whites. Be careful with nuts though. They are full of fat, so they'll have a lot more calories than you'd expect.
And I'd suggest buying some cheap whey isolate powder for when you need protein but you're too tired or lazy to make a meal.

Planning to get back into the gym myself. Will be doing basic, upper body workout to get leaner and stronger. Do cardio already.

Just hope I can keep it up this time, lack of motivation and fatigue can be real issues for me. Testosterone here I come.
