I just quit my wage slaving job in may at a fast food restaurant and dropped out of college only to decide to go to a trade college, been searching for jobs since I quit but obviously job market is shit and funny enough my father said he talked to a stater bros manager and said they do new way of hiring online by a lottery system, so I have to put in a bunch of applications to have a chance of at least getting an interview, honestly wtf are they thinking, why not hire by experience anymore, this seems like some sort of conspiracy because it's just so stupid it seems like it'll only work if some sort of puppetry was behind this, I'm sure this might happen to other places because it's hard to get a minimum wage jobs and stated bros is a big company with influence, it's ovER
