I know I shouldn't keep taking advantage of their kindness like this, and that I shouldn't even be drinking so much.

But I can't help it. Since starting the habit back in 2019 when my depression started I haven't been able to unhook myself. At least not for very long.

And due to my current condition I cant get work either.

I hate myself.
