This sounds like a complete larp.

I'm sure he is like the 99% of humans who likes to recieve attention, given the fact he took his time to post his suicide and survival story.

It doesn't make sense that he wouldn't want to gain the attention and the validation that would come from posting the damage of the side of his face.
