That's it, I'm a gymcel. I've been going to gym since march of this year and even thought I don't improve anything (because I'm skinny as fuck and I have a weird metabolism lol) I still go. It's a fun cope.
 
I wish I was skinny, at least I wouldn't have to cut all this fat off before going on a nice lean bulk. I'm really struggling with my cut. I do great for a while, but ultimately end up bingeing and falling off the wagon for a week before starting all over again. It's been like this for months and I barely lost 5lbs. I have 25-30lbs of fat to lose before starting a bulk.

It's hard and I'm only at a 500kcal deficit and lift 3 times a week. I hate lifting on a cut, strength progress is so slow and I just don't have any motivation to keep lifting. I just want to bulk and gain muscle, but I'm too fat to start bulking (25-28% bf). I'm constantly hungry, especially at night. I live with my parents and they constantly buy delicious food, sweets etc.
I can easily eat 3000kcal of just cake in 15 minutes. I can't resist it sometimes. The longest I made it was a month on 800kcal deficit and that was almost a year ago. I'm at 500kcal deficit now and I still struggle. I'm tired of being severely skinnyfat and fat. I just want to get below 15% bf for once in my life.

I don't think I'll be able to go down to low bf%. I might just go down to 20% and bloatmax again to 25-30%. At least I'll have some muscle and I'll probably have more motivation to cut down.

I need to go running also I think.
I am eating less but I am not counting calories, can't really do that.

I'd suggest using the exercise bike to running.. it's better for your knees and you can go at your own pace.

ive been gymcelling since late 2017 im trying to get to at least 230 or 240lbs

Yeah running combined with crunches and low carb diet is a good way to lose bellyfat

Well, don't stop. Your body will only get to how you want it to look like if you stick to diet and lifts in like 2 years. Don't give up before 2 years.

(2 years if you are not a massive whale, just a little bit overweight)
