*mail them dead animals I find on the road and put return address as someone I hate
*make up fake complaints to their workplace about them being racist or sexual harassment
*call them up at 3am and scream at them
*mail them hateful letters and put return address as someone else I don’t like
*contact their neighbors and make up a story about how they are a child mollester
*write bad reviews for their workplace and make sure to mention their name in it
*vandalize their cars
*challenge them to a fight then make them drive to the home of someone you don’t like
