When i relapsed without any visual stimulation, i still felt myself good, but then i suddenly relapsed with porn and i feel myself so fucking bad. I cant walk at the street without looking at floor and some things that everyone watch at me. Fucking shit. Why the fuck? How the fuck porn affects me that hard? Or maybe its something else?
Note, that im not obsessed with this and its not placebo, i really just noticed that i feel like this after porn.
I wish i had no stimulations from fucking internet which remind me about porn.

I'm not sure about the whole porn thing, but walk with your shoulders back and like your head is trying to reach the sky stretching out your body. It will naturally make you feel more conifdent as you face the world.

It is hard to do and I still look down often but I try and remind myself to look up and look around. I am already ogre status so people staring at me doesn't matter anymore, I make myself as big as possible.

Yes, I'm not severely ugly but I have some strange acne on nose and overall just can't feel confident at street. Nofap just accumulate something I suppose, it's not the cure, but the drug to me to not feel like that. Should I go to therapist?

Yes it works. Try to stop yourself when you feel your shoulders curling up and remind yourself to relax. When you look around just look forward at a particular object that you're walking towards or a maybe a building. You don't have to look at people.

Walk with purpose like you're trying to go somewhere, even if you're not. When you have your shoulders back eyes forward it is a frightening position to be in as you are "defenseless", so it will certainly feel unnatural at first.
