Best western game ever made btw.

This is a thread I've had planned for awhile now and promised to make and it's finally ready.

Here's Ikishima Midari in New Vegas

IMG 7642

Taken with phone camera because Cuck Box One doesn't let you take a screenshot while holding down a button, (in this case the trigger to pose the .357 magnum).

I think I got her psycho look acrossed. Keep in mind this is the New Vegas character creator we're talking about!

Of course on this backwards compatible version no mods so had to make do with the closest hair style available.

Maybe one day I will remake this thread with the PC version but for now here it is.

Initial SPECIAL

Strength - 6 (Mainly for the Ranger Sequoia revolver, but keep in mind as part of her duties to the Hyakkaou Academy she makes a lot of arrests taking uncooperative students to the investigation room so has to be a little strong)

Perception - 4 (She lost an eye, plus she couldn't see through Yumeko's deception)

Endurance - 5 (Pretty strong for being able to gouge her own eye out, but mentally fragile so it balances out)

Charisma - 5 (You need to have some charisma to be on the Student Council, she's got a reputation as weird but still has lots of followers)

Intelligence - 5 (but you will boost this up to around 8 with Intense Training parks, pretty much for the skill point bonuses but you can't be dumb to be on the Student Council and her tricks for Yumeko were pretty elaborate but Yumeko is 10 intelligence, it makes Midari look dumb but you have to keep in mind your pitting a genius against a giga-genius).

Agility - 5 (Never really demonstrates any feats of agility but when she was a kid in a flashback was shown to be apart of a running team and got a medal. You can boost up Agility for the Action Point bonus and still be lore friendly)

Luck - 9 (she lost to the Student Council President and as a result lost her eye to pay her debt, but the President most likely cheated, other than that she's constantly putting herself in situations where she would die as a result of her gambles and Russian roulette yet always comes out unscathed)

Guns -

Any guns that go under the Cowboy perk, level action rifles, shotties, and of course revolvers (your bread and butter, any will do).

No melee weapons (Just get to 45 for Cowboy Perk, it's lore friendly because she uses handcuffs in the manga and we're going to say that counts as a melee weapon, at least enough to justify 45 points in the skill!)

Speaking of Cowboy..

Essential Perks -

Cowboy: You'll mainly be using revolvers so you need the 25% damage boost. Feel free to use the rifles as well. For all intents and purposes Midari is a cowgirl so it's daijobu to use the other Cowboy weapons.

Quick Draw: Midari whips her revolver out of her bag real quick.

GunDraw

Gunslinger: This is obvious. Considering her rule with Yumeko if you miss your shot your opponent gets to shoot you for every miss, you can be sure her aim's good. 25% bonus to pistol VATS accuracy is a no-brainer.

GunSmug

Terrifying Presence: Yup she's got this

Youre In The Way

Black Widow: Considering how much she intimidated Suzui, 10% extra damage against men makes sense.

Cherchez La Femme: With all the yuri bait scenes in this manga, Midari and Yumeko being no exception, yup throw that in here, 10% extra damage against women and special teasing dialogue.

Traits

Small Frame: Midari's a skinny Japanese girl with a cute butt. Yes she's got a small frame.

See how thin and perfect she is?

NoobSubs Kakegurui Compulsive Gambler 04 1080p 8bit AACmp4 snapshot 1028 20181116 1

Yumeko's more "filled out" (I'm not going to say that soyboy word "thick") but I prefer Midari's classic Asian girl rail thin body.

Kamikaze: With how reckless Midari is with her gambling, and the fact it cost her her own eye. Yes she's kamikaze.

RP Tips

You can use the Lightweight leather armor.

http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Lightweight_leather_armor

It's the closest thing to Midari's vest + spread collar combo.

That's what I got on in the pic.

Though for late game you can switch to Courier duster, or Riot Armor.

Pretty much anything a fashionable, stylish, Tokyo girl would wear in a post-apocalyptic wasteland would work.

Lore:

Midari put her revolver to her head, playing another game of Russian Roulette. 1 in 6 just like she always does.

Sui3

Only this time her gun didn't click, it finally went off.

Bang

Yet instead of dying she finds herself rescued by Doc Mitchell being told this insane story of being left for dead in a grave after being robbed while enroute to deliver a package.

Midari continues the quest just as the courier does, except ruthlessly murdering anyone she considers to be evil with her revolver (Midari saved Yumeko from being raped and is not evil, she's actually good it's just her methods are vicious)

Having heard of a famous city of gambling, she sets out for New Vegas and on the way hopes to learn more of the ridiculous story she's been told.

She plays the NCR and Caesar's Legion against each other, before ultimately siding with Mr. House.

After securing Hoover Dam for Mr. House, Midari is made chair of the Vault 21 Casino and it's developed into a full fledged gambling hall rivaling the other three main strip operations.

After going to the Big MT and helping out the scientists there, they develop a portal for her to return to the Kakegurui world.

There she connects Hyakkaou Academy with New Vegas, organizing student gambling expeditions only for the most elite at the school.

@WithoutMe @SOCIALSUICIDE as promised.

Never played New Vegas, but I did play 30 minutes of Fallout 4. The game was boring so I decided to fight some radioactive bear and I was killed, and I just never decided to play it again.

@Zesto , the real question is, though, can she complete a no death run on the very hard difficulty and in the hardcore mode.

fallout 4 is no fallout game, and neither is fallout 3. bethesda sucks at making RPGs.

You should play New Vegas. Fallout 4 is such a terrible game to start out with.

Now that's roleplay, well done.

This is 100% the truth.

New vegas is an RPG FPS in a post apocalyptic world. 3 and 4 are shitty themepark shooters with paper thin lore. Even skyrim is a better RPG than 3 or 4, and that is saying a lot!
Also you cannot even role play in 3 or 4 unless you want to RP as the linear character Bethesda created for the main story line. NV has a million possible roles.
im just saying, " bethesda sucks at making RPGs." is a very ignorant thing to say, dude prob never played Skyrim before

No bro, it is the truth. The only reason anyone thinks skyrim is an ok rpg is because there is no backstory to your character so you can make it up yourself. Aside from the ability to customize your character there is very little in the way of decision making, all quests are linear and most quests are just fetch x or kill y.
Fallout 3 and 4 are the same as skyrim except you cannot even create your character from scratch. You are shoehorned into the role of lone wanderer or cuck daddy. Not to mention the terrible lore and the numerous mistakes in the canon.
New vegas is different because the game was made by Obsidian, a distinguished RPG developer. In NV you can end almost every quest in multiple ways and the character customization you decide on will actually effect the choices your character can make. Comparing NV to 3 or 4 is ridiculous. NV is an RPG with amazing writing while 3 and 4 are kill-em-all murder hobo simulators.
Read my post one more time, but slowly this time

the fact that you're giving SKYRIM of all games as an example of a good RPG speaks louder than any reply I could possibly give you.

or Oblivion, you get the memo
