I'm getting there, and so far i feel like i don't have any bones lol. Cheeks keep melting but nothing comes out.

I got to about 12% once and bloated back up to 20ish, it's so hard to maintain natty. I don't think I have the kind of bones necessary but I feel like shit rotting as a bloatcel. Most of my clothes barely fit anymore.

Losing bodyfat is legit, you can't go full LDAR if you haven't at least tried to get below 15% bf
 
I was once close but I rebounded up to fatness. Working my way down right now.

I dont need to drop my bf % since i have asymetries which i hide with my facial fat. With lower bf your asmyetries will be pronounced more and your nose will "probably" appear bigger since the losing fat from your cheeks will put the focus completely on your nose. Both, its thickness and lenght.

Fot example i have a chin dimple which divides my chim in 2 parts. The right part is longer than the left part. It is very noticeable if i take a pic where i am looking down. I hide my asymrtric chin with fat . I am around 20%.

I also have a long face. There is no way i will improve. And myb i will try one day but i know that i wont improve. I will look uglier.

Its over for me. No need to drop bf%
 
All I know is that I have overly narrow palate which is related to weak bone structure.

I legit don´t have any bones in my face because I have a severly recessed midface. Even if I was dying of anorexia I´d have puffy, flat cheeks. Getting ZSO this year though so that should help..
 
Yeah I seriously doubt all those were from just fat loss alone.

Anyone who thinks dropping to some % will magically give them Chad bones is SEVERELY coping. Those 2-5% will not make you attractive.

I have been lean most of my life and I know my bones are shit-tier. I still workout at home everyday though, for health and quality of life.
 
I am 178cm tall and I weigh 61kg. What is my bodyfat percentage? Keep in mind that my fat stores in my stomach area only and not elsewhere. My arms are skinny as fuark and so are my legs. My face only has a double chin when I look down.

You can still lose the fat, im also skinyfatcel buy i started dietmaxing and it's working.

My current diet is 

Breakfast - 3 eggs
Second meal - 40g almonds 200g yogurt
Third meal- 200 g turkey and 160 g white rice
Fourth meal - protein shake and maybe a banana
Fifth meal - 1 cup full grain pasta or 3-4 full grain toasts with a bit of feta cheese
Sixth meal - protein shake

The less carbs you eat the more fat you loose.

Edit: I do work 8 hours daily and then workout. If you don't, you can lower the proportions

And how does that work? What angles does the xray need to be ? How will I be able to judge whether a bone structure is good or not? And the biggest problem: 

"Doctor i need to get a proper face x ray to see if i have a good bone structure .."

My chest actually looks a little like the last guy these days while it used to look normal. I think I tore it from the sternum a few years ago.

I have top tier chest insertions. Feels good man.

I think I may have damaged my right upper pec (the point where the upper pec and shoulder connects) a little last week when I tried doing bb incline instead of DBs last week. I don't want it torn off, so I should probably take it light the following week or two.
