No matter how good your life gets, you will always have to cope with the fact that it will end in a relative instant, and that will be it. After a few decades of happiness at best, everything will end. And as time passes on, every mark you ever made on this world will slowly fade away. Everything will slowly fade away. Even our own Sun will die, and our Earth will become an uninhabitable ball of ice before crumbling away to nothing itself. All the stars in the universe will die out, one by one, until all the light is gone from existence, and only eternal darkness remains.

There is a reason that every culture of humans that has ever existed since pre-historic times has had some kind of religion or spirituality. You simply cannot ever be happy without it. Regaining my spirituality after years of being an atheist as a teenager was the best thing I've ever done, and single-handedly cured my depression. You need to try your best at this if you are atheist now. I don't care if you think it's stupid. It is a necessity for ever experiencing real happiness. If I could get a hot gf right now, but I had to become atheist again to do it, I would not. That nihilistic hell makes even the greatest pleasures in life seem meaningless.

1) I think the main problem will be the big expand.
2) Maybe we will be ale to make our own suns.
3) We don't know everything yet about what will happen.

I mean it's cope anyway. But if we bring humans one step closer to this, it is a worthy legacy, also I think I am not so special, from other people (noone really is). If I die, why should people remember me specifically? Only humanity as a whole is important tbh at least comparatively speaking.

I think after a while everyone gets tired of living and would rather just die. Once you get passed the point where your body and mind are working at much less capacity and you witness lot of your family and friends die, you'll want to face oblivion. Also, you'll just get bored with life and will have experienced most of what is has to offer.
