It has little side effects, and is effective. Plus the added benefit (depending on your view), of removing any trace of wanting to get together with another person. At least that is how it is for me.

I think to become a volver you need to be able to get into a relationship/ fuck a foid just you don't want to. When your te not able or have a huge obstacle then you are incel even if you don't want, it's just cope
