Aside from being asian as other's have said, some low T guys have little to no body hair.
An old friend of mine, the pretty boy slayer I've posted about several times, had VERY little body hair.
I used to be really hairy when I was 18-19. Then I got on finasteride and it got more sparse. Then when I got on spiro it almost completely disappeared from certain parts of my body. I used to have chest hair, now I have like, 10 thin hairs in that whole area. Same thing for my lower stomach, almost hairless there now. My leg hair is pretty sparse but my arms are still pretty hairy.
