Being poor and stealing food for your hungry child is literally the most justified and noble reason you could steal for.
Also, foids should be encouraged to be mothers, it's one of the only two things they should ever do.

I probably wouldn't notice since I avoid watching people in stores.
Ultimatly it'd come down to the vibes I got from them I guess and how much effort it would take, and what mood I'm in. Lotsa variables.
I won't entirely rule it out but I'd probably be too apathetic.
Like even if they piss me off and I'd love to see them arrested, it'd probably be a whole half-hour affair with witness testimony - if I have a chip on my shoulder that this would serve to distract me from, hypothetically, but I'd prob just want to GTFO and go play games.

Id do anything I can to hurt a foid that's legal so yeah. I've left Canadian tire money as tips to hurt foids, I've stared at their cleavage to make them uncomfortable I've reported a foid to her superiors for having sex with a coworker and I stuck foid resumes in the garbage at a place I used to work. Oh and I've dropped blackpills and used terms like foid or praised Elliot Rodger to foids.
