If the first impression you left on a femoid was that you're ugly, you won't get laid by looksmaxing because the first impression is already left, same with status.

You'd also still be non NT from years of rejection and bad treatment due to looks, and NT standards are high in 2019, femoids are able to get an ultra NT boyfriend quickly after dumping you.

And there would still be other barriers like you not being her type, her friends not liking you, her not wanting sex etc.

Not to mention a lot of things cannot be looksmaxed around that easily and require surgery, like having a bad nose, overbite etc.
