Would you just say fuck it and let the cancer kill you and have palliative care? Would you try to get treated? Would you kill yourself? What would you do?

Cancer in general has no cure, but cancer is just the word for many diseases besides the subtypes and variation of how fast it advances, so it would depend on what cancer is, but if it's stage 4 like you said then I wouldn't do the treatments, but of course I will be in the hospital to ease the pain.
