Women love distinction so if you have the gracility/ garment of someone inherently glamorous and dominarchic, then you will be primally valuable to them... depending on how low self esteem they have, the draw-in/ primal penchant they have for immaterial traits (if her criteria of communion/ attraction is oriented around immaterials AT ALL (foids lie and say being attraction physically... is just a bonus if THEY ARE PRESENTING THEMSELVES AS NON-SUPERFICIALISTS JFL)).
Her criteria most likely, if she's elitist, will be oriented around people with high-tier genes which imply being a natural domianrch. It's because of the STIGMA of having unchangeable traits be in value. Because the stigma/ context creates vibes/ and pulsations of desire.
Having any negative underlying reality that contrasts the narrative of what people value think there is will turn people off.
Women want men who have easy/ god mode. They want that kind of vanity.
For the most part if you're gymcelling you have to turn a girl off from the underlying idea that you're going to the gym a lot and use your muscles to be masculine.
In that you will need to have psychological trickery skills. Dark Triad.
You can't just be someone who is insecure from the get go and start gymcelling.
It'll just make you angrier that people aren't buying into your value. It'll make you gymcel even more. Then you'll get what happened to my dad: Muscle tears.
I would argue it isn't weakness when you're insecure though.
Foids know insecure people are stronger and driven than laidbacker chads.
My dad was 5'7 and could bench 430 pounds. He used to beat up ogre/ chads and even crushed a chad's frontal lobe to the point he had to be in the hospital back in the 80s. This was in north dakota. He went to jail for a year.
If he wasn't a flat and irritable redneck autist (autism is like mental asthma, they ALWAYS need breathing room unless you're tlaking about their obsession) then he'd also be my best friend.
But ultimately building yourself by pure determination amidst is seen as an underlying weakness in foid judgment.
Even if it makes you stronger, it doesn't give you the stronger existential stigma.
The cornerstone of a trait's value to a foid is how uncriticizable it is with its way of description/ perception. From her, and from society. The more the guy is a non-criticizable tyrant, then the more she likes it. Even if you're high-power, but you had a bad context surrounding it, like being previously weak, or having to work at it, then the foid will notice the lack of offensive/ dominative capability and hard/ light pass.
