One of the only advantages to being an Incel is that you do not have to fear death. Death is almost certainly a more pleasant experience than the life of an Incel, and it certainly cannot be much worse.

But let's say you ascend and get a LTR or at least regular sex, whatever you consider ascending to be. If you have that, suddenly death is something that could actually take joy away. You don't get to feel like you're playing with house money anymore... you have something to lose.

That is a scary thought. Taking solace in the fact that death is not your enemy is one of the most comforting things one can experience. You can't just cross the street and not care if the cars stop... You have something to lose. You have to be careful in this life.

Ascension means that comfort is no longer there.

Just something to think about.
