The only overlap is that, having friends means you have a GREATER CHANCE at beating inceldom or lucking out with a woman for 2 important reasons:
1) If you can hold down friendships with men then you might just be sane enough to hold a conversation with a woman.
2) You will be more likely to leave the basement with your friends so woman can actually see that you exist.
