Sure, I lived in times that internet did not exist.
Although it was different, the foids would orbit the hottest guys in the neighborhood.
I always tried to be part of the pack, but instead was made fun of and bullied.

So yes, you could easily know you were incel, because you got zero attention from foids and was always pushed aside.
