Um, you might be mistaken here. Personality is kinda important, but more in the sense that women like men who can dominate others, i.e. bullies. They don't care whether the men they breed with lead to a functioning society, all they care about is that their man will subjugate others, thus be more powerful and wealthy and thus ensure them a good life. Even many looks-based traits like being muscular and tall are chosen because of that.
