yes TRT is lifelong treatment, shoudl you decide to come off you will need to run post cycle therapy from a doctor and even then its only a slim chance of recovering. TRT however is highly beneficial when a men have no ability to produce testsoterone on its own whatsoever, in this case you need to figure out if your testiscles is actaully broken meaning ZERO T being produced or are you just Low T?
