Serious If normies and girls tend to somewhat believe your slaying "stories", are you decent looking?

So I tend to lie a lot to my normie friends or girls if I speak to them. I'll say I'm slaying and talking to a few girls I know back home, etc, etc. Just to appear normal and fit in. 99% of the time no one seems shocked or pauses, and they kind of just go along with the conversation and accept it.

Does this mean I'm decent looking OR do normies and girls just believe anything you tell them, as long as you're not Quasimodo?
