It can also mean that she's shy, insecure or has low self worth. Or maybe she has a boyfriend. Or she's a dike. Or she plays hard to get. Playing hard to get actually works no matter what gender you are. It makes you more attractive. That's why I ignore girls.

True, some women, at least in Central/Eastern Europe, have some decency and integrity, so the chad can be rejected, but this happen less and less since Western "standards" are running quickly.

I agree, it means you’re probably a 4-5. As a 3/10 and others have anecdotally supported this, I’ve frequently been stared or laughed at by women, some have approached me as a joke although that was mostly in HS and college. The average male really won’t be noticed by females because nothing stands out, it’s only when you look good or you look bad that women pay any kind to you. If I could have one superpower and it wasn’t attraction or shapeshifting? Invisibility whenever a woman was around.
