I know that Whites are considered to be the most attractive, on average. So if in the future unattractiveness is to be solved once and for all, then technically everyone would be genetically edited to be of a White phenotype.

Maybe add in Native American genetics as well, to remove all body hair and baldness.

don't think so, they'd just want to look like the most attractive version of their ethnicity, I don't see the majority of people wanting to race-swap like that. remember that there are chads in every ethnicity, they're just more common in some and less common in others.
