There reason she wants to fuck other guys is because you are simply not good enough for her anymore. Whether you comply or not doesn't really matter, you have already lost her. To be more specific:

Say she suggests an open relationship and you are not fine with it, she will just leave you. Simple as that. On the other hand, if you agree to it, she will just fuck other guys and your relationship will rapidly weaken till you are nothing but a forgotten memory.

It doesn't matter how you respond. The moment the idea crosses her mind your relationship has ended.

And the shit part is you know if you even suggest that then she is going to HATE you because she wants to have her cake and eat it too. If you don't give her what she wants, she will just try and drag you down with her.
