Rules for India Population Eugenics

All forward caste males and females are required to be married.. This marriage is arranged by the government when individual is considered undesirable due to lack of job, family money or looks. Violators will be forcibly married. All marriages are required to immediately compensate viagra available for those unable to enjoy the sex. Intercaste marriages forbidden, children which are a product of such are sterilized, violators of such rules are sent to prison and sterilized. The top caste are required to have a minimum of 4 children and receive extra income from government if not wealthy. The second caste is required to have 3 children and recieves government if taking care of 2 kids is burdensome, the third caste is required to have at least 2 children and get government aid if caring for 2 kids is burdensome.

Rules for OBCs are they are taxed extra percentage if married. Those who get married are only allowed to have one kid and sterilized afterwards. Sterilize the lower caste women more than men, it's more irreversible and easier to track, women can easily have more kids than men.

Rules for Scheduled Castes and tribes they are allowed to marry with another one of their own caste but not allowed to have kids. They are instantly sterilized after marriage, if found having kid, long prison sentence and mandatory sterilization.

Government agency will be tasked with keeping track of general caste, marriage status and number of offspring along with financial situation of family.

This will create on average higher IQ, better looks and taller height with more Caucasoid features and less Australoid features. Children of forward castes also required to eat meat and eggs when growing up to ensure good brain development and receive food aid for poorer children.
