Serious ibuprofen

so i am going through some real shit right now, gonna make a dentist appointment prolly
pretty bad toothache going on, i took 1 200mg pill at 4 am (exactly 1 day and 1 hour ago), then I took one again at 20:00, then i took 2 at 0:20, then I took 1 at 4:50
am i gonna fucking die

to be more specific it doesnt hit as hard as it used to, just moderately lessens the pain, i can still feel it
when i was a kid i would take 1 pill of children's neurofen and it would completely stop it, now i gotta develop an addiction to make existence tolerable

You need something stronger than Ibuprofen. Like a real opioid if the pain is bad enough. Hopefully your dentist/doctor doesn't gaslight you and gives you the meds.

You need to take 4x 200mg pills at a time. For a total value of 800mg of the stuff.

It's not something you want to do too often though. Just as an emergency thing.

Try to stun the nerve with 3% h2o2 (hydrogen peroxide) wash. It also will clean out the wound.
