I think torso is hard cause there is so much shit in your torso compared to your legs. In your legs they basically just break them then lengthen them. But you can't really break your torso and make it bigger. I hope they come out with some torso lengthening surgery that uses new methods tho.

not worth having arthritis for the rest of your life just to be a couple inches taller. hopefully in the near future they come out with procedures that can at iscompletely transfer your facial bones and your height. that is some of the most potent lifefuel

If it's THAT BAD, then go to doctor asap to get checked up for some of that good hgh lifefuel injections.
ALSO OP depending on your current posture you can do some stretches to increase the length by 1-2 inches, some grade A lifefuel in ur case, proven and permanent
