It's not overtime because it's counted as two seperate weeks since they consider Thursday the start of each week.

I worked less before Monday. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of this week were counted as last week, those were the only days I worked last week. Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and next Monday are a different week, so I will have only worked five days that week.

Management takes several weeks to approve PTO but meticulously schedule their workers so they can exploit them to the limit while avoiding overtime. I hate wageslavery
