I realised what's going on when i worked on a group project with a few high-level students who already have jobs and prosperous careers ahead.
It became so apparent and clear that looks and charisma correlate to job success. And not the skills. Oh boy, certainly not the skills.
I never considered myself particularly high iq, despite some saying i have natural born talents. I got my IQ tested and it turned out to be in the top 5-8%. Which isn't particularly high either. But what i know is i learn fast and i'm quick to find solutions to problems that overwhelm others. I'm extremely composed. My quality is that i'm also a perfectionist.
What i noticed about those high-level, high-performing students that already have really good jobs is they're not intelligent at all. In many cases dealing with even simply mitigated troubles they acted like animals, they didn't know what they're doing or supposed to do. They went through college drinking fucking hotties and constantly, i mean constantly "networking" with others. The key to their career was just being good looking and charismatic. Stacy friends that work in HRs won't go for a no name autist over a guy that was a president of a university club even if the club was a cover up for dorm sex orgies and brewing homemade booze.
So my key point is you're not what the society makes you believe you are. The fact you're jobless is not because you're stupid, its because you carry a cross like a fucking jesus on your back up the fucking mountain and there's a chad with his dick out pissing at your face as you lift it to see how far off you are.
If i wasn't born a subhuman and i coinflipped the face of a 188 cm nordic guy i should be given my parents looks and heights, i would be texting the HR stacy to let my dick rest for a day while i fuck a chick from my university booze brewing club.
It's so unfair and there's nothing you can do except beating your meat, neeting, and watching guys dumber than you have lives that you won't even dream because your brain simply can not even fathom that reality.
