Absolutely nothing will happen. Guys will just probably ask some shit like "is there something different about you today?" Women's looks don't matter, regardless of popular opinion. Only age matters. A female in the 16 - 40 age range has an almost INFINITE SMV.
Nothing would happen in clubs. Alcohol can make 99% of girls fuckable.
